Please help me find my puppy, she was lost in January around the 9th and Bluemont area of Manhattan Kansas. One night in the process of having roomates move out, they were picking up some belongings.and accidently let Penelope out into the cold while I was asleep I have missed her very much and think she may have been kept by someone who did not turn her into the pound.
